I use a somatic foundation as a focus for treating trauma, mental health disorders, and general life stressors including body-oriented self-soothing tools and processing. I also specialize in working with individuals with physical disabilities. Counseling sessions provide an opportunity to learn, process, and practice new healthy coping and wellness tools that are most relevant to your goals!
